Demote Kevin Eastmann to 3rd assistant
Demote Armond Hill to 2nd assistant

Wanted to fire Longabardi and not Aarmand Hill.. Wanted Eastman to be demoted to assistant #3 and Armand Hill to be demoted to assistant #2.. So O Brien could takeover the #1 assistant job.
Believe in the Boston staff section everything gone wrong.

I don't know if assistant coaches can be demoted from 1st to 2nd for example, haven't ever seen this option in the game...

Oh had I know that I'd have demoted Ron Adams and went for better A1 and A3 coaches :p
