Re: HOU/MIN/WAS/PHX
We accept. We are intrigued by Craig Porter Jr's potential as a starting guard after receiving a nice +10 potential boost. We are hoping he can be a core piece in our backcourt once developed. Epps was good for us, and deserves to play on a team that's gunning the playoffs.

Re: HOU/MIN/WAS/PHX
The Houston Rockets accept.
This was a difficult trade to put together but happy to bring back Walker and bring in Epps for immediate frontcourt depth while we work in Chet, which I get the feeling is going to be a bit of a process. I think we have a much more balanced team than prior to the trades and Walker fits what we're doing perfectly.
This better work, between the two trades, we've spent 3 1sts and players I'd value at another 2.5-3 1sts. This is what we are rolling with because we have no more trade assets, and will be capped out for the foreseeable future.

Re: HOU/MIN/WAS/PHX
Timberwolves accept. Walker played well during his time here in Minnesota, but failed to become the star player we were hoping he would be when we traded for him. We’re happy to land a future 1st for him, continue to lose games and improve our lottery odds, and most importantly clear a significant amount of cap space for this offseason as we will be active in the FA market. Good dealings everyone!

Re: HOU/MIN/WAS/PHX
Phoenix accepts, Chet ain’t working. Team is bad and affected by Chet’s unhappiness. We get draft capital for it and don’t lose em for free. We take that here as a compensation. Ship burning for sure
