I'm not entirely sure by what you mean "use in game." You can set your DC, submatrix and philosophy (not including offensive set) in game, and export a .tem file that you upload. Everything else (trades, signings, recalls/assignments, releases, changing your offensive set) is done via the forum.
How do you export a .tem file?
Do you just hit the MP button in game?
A:
Question #3andrei Wrote
You export and tem file by clicking on MP button. Your file will be located in Multiplayer folder -> CSL folder -> file is in there
Can we watch the sim(games) live in-game like we can in single player?

Does DDS PB3 simulate fatigue?
If so, does it simulate fatigue just for that game or do players get fatigued as the season goes on if they get too much playing time for what they can handle?
A:
Question #7marcos_beck wrote:
fatigue does not carry from game to game.
In DDS your player starts every game with 100% health (except for when they are injured and start under 100%, like if someone has a minor injury, he'll start at 90% stamina, you can see how much condition a player has when injured by accessing his player page in-game). The "stamina" decreases over the time he plays, influenced by your tactics (FCP, DI high increases the loss of stamina) as well as their endurance rating.
Then the next game, does not matter if he finished the last one at 80% or 50%, as long as he's fully healthy he'll be at 100% for the start.
The only thing that playing multiple games affects the engine is with injuries. More minutes played in the season = more chance of injury.
When does the league start allowing fake players into the mix? Or does the league reset each time the real players pool runs thin?

Never. Every year, 60 rookies based on real players are drafted which cover easily the retirements
How close are the comparisons to CSL players to their real life name sakes?
As far as how they will develop, style of play, success rate etc...
How much does the game affect these? (example: would Seth Curry or LeBron ever have a chance to bust in CSL)
When looking at players should i pay more attention to the RL player or the in-game player?

In-game all the way. Especially for the younger players.
Look at the names that were drafted near the top. Undrafted NBA players went top 10 here

Style of play is attempted to be replicated as close as possible, talent level is variable.

Have another question, so I figured out the matrix and set it up. How I do export it? I don't want to fiddle around and erase what I set up.
Question #10Sun Scorched wrote:
I believe the button on the homescreen is "Send MP"(edited) which exports your teams .tem file to the "Multiplayer" folder. You then attach that file to your post in the DC thread.

I bought the game. Where do I find the "Saved League" file?
Question #11Dennis wrote:
Right below the header. The Link is named league file. You just have to copy paste it into the save folder.

Is a player accepting a QO the same as a player signing a contract making them trade restricted until FA signees are able to be traded?
Question #12Marcos_Beck wrote:
Yes, restricted until day 90. I've asked that to Dennis once.

My rotations have been out of whack for 3 games. If there is anyone that will help me with a sub matrix
Question #13Marcos_Beck wrote:
You can also make it your "default" Submatrix by clicking it on "set lock" button (don't remember if it's this name, it's a lock symbol). This way every time you got a player injured you can set a new submatrix and then when he's back you can turn back to your default (locked) submatrix by clicking restore.
It saves you a lot of time when you have minor injuries bothering your team
Player Instruction Limits: I see the limit per team is 10. Is that a limit of 10 changes per post, posts per season, or the number of players you can Instruct per season?

It's the number of instructions you get per season
