Curry Potentially Available As Jealousy Looms

The Golden State Warriors aren't having a bad season, by any means, although they didn't envision struggling this hard to remain viable in the tough CSL Western Conference. As many should know, when setbacks like this occur, usually it tends to be an infection that keeps getting worse. Recently there have been rumors that Warrior's G Stephen Curry have grown jealous of C DeMarcus Cousin's antics off the court and the attention he has been getting on the court, in a way overshadowing Curry himself.

Was this means for the Warriors moving forward? We don't exactly know, but management around the CSL is saying definitively that Curry is available for the right price.

He has a difficult season but he is a top 10-15 PG in this league so some offers should come

Hmm.. you're going to need to find another scorer on the wing to pair with Cousins if you trade Curry. A lot of shuffling will have to be done. Not sure if it's worth it - but at the same time the Curry/Cousins connection isn't working. That or I'm just vastly overrated how impactful Curry is/can be.

It almost seems like the Curry+Cousins pairing doesn't work. I don't understand how they don't but Curry simply hasn't been getting enough shots. I had similar issues with Cousins- he'd get pretty good stats, but it seemed he was getting in everyone else's way, due to Harden's tendency to drive, and the fact that Dwight and Aminu were clearly at their best in the paint, where Cousins was clogging things up. Once Howard got injured and Cousins was handed the keys to the center position, we just lost a ton of games out of nowhere that I couldn't explain and we missed the playoffs by a game.

What makes the Golden State situation more puzzling is that the Warriors' guards and wings are all outstanding outside shooters. Curry is a potential 50/45/90 guy, Morrow, Martin, Chandler, Fournier, Brown, and Micic are all likely to crack 40% from deep now or in the near future. Cousins drawing attention to the paint should be helping the Warriors, not hurting them.
