Re: Houston Rockets Trade Block
Offering up 2031 NY 2nd to offload a 2-year minimum salary contract coming in via trade. Basically giving a pick in the mid 40s to 50 to rent out a very minimal amount of cap space.

Re: Houston Rockets Trade Block
Updated after the trade. We have an open roster spot.
Still want to flip our bench if possible. Available role players:
Myles Turner
Eric Paschall
Jordan Nwora
Muhammad-Ali Abdur-Rahkman
Saddiq Bey
Tyler Ulis
I am not opposed to trading mine or Dallas' 1st round pick for the right player. We need a stronger more efficient inside presence, and I don't care whether it comes at point guard or center. I'm open to all options that fit our timeline of 23-27yo players.

Re: Houston Rockets Trade Block
Houston has pick #16 from DAL and our own 1st between #20 and #23 to throw around in trades.
Looking to combine a pick with some combo of Aaron Wiggins, Saddiq Bey, Myles Turner, Eric Paschall, Vernon Carey, Tyler Ulis (pending options) for an upgraded 4/5 who scores efficiently.
We are looking for well-rounded players who can D up, and score efficiently, to complement our top 4 of Malik Monk, MJ Walker, Kaiser Gates, and Cam Reddish.

Re: Houston Rockets Trade Block
That playoff run was WAY ahead of schedule. I generally want to stay a young to young-ish team, but picks #16, #23, and younger players like Wiggins, Davis, Nwora, Bey, as well as vets in Ulis and Myles Turner will be on the table to get a couple more versatile players that fit our scheme.
Main needs are 1) dynamic guard who can adequately run point, and 2) rebounding. This team was built on surrounding Monk with two-way players, and I want to continue that.

Re: Houston Rockets Trade Block
moved up a little bit by trading Devin Davis and Jordan Nwora.
Might still look to move up or down from #23 with some other pieces. See anything you like, let me know.

Re: Houston Rockets Trade Block
Houston has #46, a 3&D guy in Aaron Wiggins, and maybe a young post scorer Vernon Carey, available to move into the late 1st... possibly early 2nd if someone falls

Depth Chart:
Monk (UFA)/Rahkman (RFA)/Ulis (PO)
Reddish/Wiggins
Walker/Paschall
Gates/Mika (UFA)/Lofton/Cline
Turner/Moneke/Carey
Monk will be handed his 5-year max deal as soon as FA opens. Walker, Reddish, Gates, Moneke, Lofton off-limits this offseason.
We'll be looking at moving any of Aaron Wiggins, Eric Mika (S&T), Myles Turner, Ulis (if opted in), Vernon Carey, and potentially our 2031 1st unprotected for a good backup PG, or a wing that can feasibly run point like Reddish does.

Wiggins + 2031 1st and maybe some other stuff available for a quality PG. Needs to be two of an efficient shooter, playmaker, or defender.

Re: Houston Rockets Trade Block
Looking to move Turner, Wiggins, and Carsen Edwards ahead of the deadline. A 1st can be added for a good player, but I need to be mindful of the hard cap in future seasons.

Re: Houston Rockets Trade Block
Eric Mika, Myles Turner, Aaron Wiggins, Denzel Livingston, Carsen Edwards, Rion Brown, Justin Anderson are fair game.
Open to just about anything that doesn't make my 2032-33 cap situation worse. Own my 1st this year and a future CLE 2nd that I wouldn't hesitate to include for an upgrade that fits my team.

Re: Houston Rockets Trade Block
Marcos was spot on, if we can significantly upgrade our center spot we're golden. Offer away from the pieces above + my 1st this year which will probably land in the 20s.
