2028 ASG: East vs West (IN GAME)

Post by The Simmer »

Below are the results for the IN GAME East vs West All Star Game:

Image

Congrats to the Eastern All Stars for taking the exciting game against the Western All Stars. DeAaron Fox had himself a nice game with 29 points, 7 assists, 3 rebounds, 1 block, and 1 steal to take Player of the Game honors. The rest of the East had a well balanced attack all around to lead them to the win.

Last years MVP Jayson Tatum and Luka Doncic tried their best to will the West to a second consecutive W, but the rebounding disparity was too much for the West to overcome.

Some interesting stats:

- Look at the assists for the East. Those boys were moving that ball around.
- The West was throwing up three whiles the East lived in the paint.
- The West never had a lead in this game and the East at one point were up by 35.
- The West dropped 52 points alone in the 4th quarter.

Special shoutout to Jordan McLaughlin who played in BOTH the Rookie vs Sophomore game, but also the East vs West game. That young man must have been tired after that weekend.

Congrats again to the Eastern All Stars for the IN GAME result!

Worth noting that between Hoard and Birutis, Portland shot 100% this All-Star weekend and combined for a +21 ON.

Lonzo made the ASG by GM voting, Wagner did it in-game. Our double double machines deserved it!

Dozier was okay going 3-6 off the bench. The West starters really got dominated.

Wow. LcLaughlin getting the start in both games is actually pretty impressive. No love for the Pistons in the game though for yet another year.
