Adrian Wojnarowski:
CSL league sources tell ESPN that despite a 5-4 start for the Clippers, they are in advanced discussions to deal away some of their veteran players. This has been the best start to a season for the franchise since Dylan took over as general manager and despite a re-energized feeling throughout the organization due to the play of their young core, the Clippers seem poised to trade some of their veteran assets once trade restrictions are lifted. While specific details haven't become apparent quite yet, my sources tell me that Kevon Looney and Austin Rivers have been two names the Clippers have been getting the most calls on. They remain interested in dealing veterans Jrue Holiday and Dion Waiters as well, but no traction there just yet according to sources.
