Did get an offer on Eric Mika and might do something there, but otherwise all quiet on the trade front. Let's talk!

Regardless of what happens in these playoffs, think it's time for us to try a different look. I intend to trade Malik Monk this offseason, either to try a different #1 option, or to retool around the Gates/Walker/Reddish trio

If you want player instructions to fix your guys, I want to move up significantly from pick #24. I am willing to give most if not all of them if the pick (or player?) Is good enough.

Monk is still available looking at all types of things

A lot of activity surrounding Monk from about 5 or 6 different teams this week. Things could serious at any time. In parallel, we've had some offers to cash in some prized pieces for a replacement star. It's a lot to consider, but hope to have that sorted out by the start of the draft.

Talk to me whether you want a star guard or want to trade your star, I'm open to anything and everything!

We're as close as we've ever been to trading Malik Monk. I'm almost assuredly taking an L value-wise but receiving players I like in return. This might be the last call if you want the greatest and most prolific 3-point shooter this league has ever had!

Indeed

Monk couldn't be James Harden and that sucks. Still a Klay Thompson type player

Pressed up against the hard cap? Buyer's regret? Want to open up cap space later on in free agency to scoop up all the cheap leftover talent because nobody else has cap space? As part of a potential deal, I can eat a 1-year contract up to $17M without giving you much salary back (except maybe a couple of minimums).

My 1st round pick next season could be available for better players.

Gates, Reddish, Walker, Lofton, Moneke, Knight, Mane, and Mika are now my only returning players pending trades, and I don't want to trade any of them except Mika.

Houston might be done trading for the offseason. Eric Mika fits what we're planning to do quite well but I'd entertain trades for him.

Also would consider dealing some but not all of our instructions for picks. With our current roster I don't foresee a glaring need for all 12.
