In a recent interview Grizzlies GM Andrei Sanzharov invited Tennesee college hoops star Mercedes Russell to become the first female player to enter the CSL draft next year.
‘’The world is changing and I think CSL should lead this change.’’ – Andrei said. ‘’This may be the most controversial change ever proposed but it is certainly in alignment with whats happening in the world today.’’
But can women compete with men in basketball?
‘’Well if we’re on the subject of what can or can’t be done, let me ask you this:
- Can James Harden win a title by playing big man?
- Can LeBron James be too fat to play SF?
- Can Enes Kanter be traded for Clint Capella?
Look, it is clear that the laws of physics are merely a suggestion in CSL. But by adding female athletes to the teams, we could potentially even attract some female GMs. Key there is that I no longer have to look at your ugly mugs everytime I open CSL chat.’’ -Andrei added.
Time will tell how open minded CSL GMs are.
