Only one boost for SCR/REB this year but it feels half the class got a boost in SCR/PAS.

I had a feeling that Naji could get the boost after his strong TC and very happy to see that happening.
Hagans getting it is a mixed bag though. Only good, if I can fix his shooting somehow.

No comment to Jovic, this guy is already a headache :-)
And Vit makes the step to a potential All Star player imo.

Maxey and Marshall are extremely scary too now, I believe Maxey's potential SCR is now up there with the best ever

Wow, Jovic will be a legit murderer.

Maxey and Marshall are going to be good. Hawks nabbing two boosts after Perry not long ago makes for a great future setup.

Krejci will be pretty good too. Kispert was the pick we traded too haha. Terry could be a real solid scorer too.

Tim Williams now a potentially 86 scoring big :o

The new SJJ?! Just a few less rebounds

Makes me think. He's 29yrs old and will decline in 2 years and gets a boost at the same time? Lol how does that work out..

A boost for York! He's actually looking like a legit starting pg now. He'll get that call up and contract next season for sure.

First off congrats to all the guys that got boosts! It’s always a great feeling when you see one (or 2 in Andre’s case :P ) of your guys get the boost.

I suspected most of the top guys listed would get the boost after seeing their TC, so not much surprise there. I didn’t look into the second roundish guys and beyond though, and there were a TON of boosts for those guys. That’s very cool to see.

I had no idea who Cyrille Eliezer-Vanerot was, so I looked him up and it looks like he is from the previous draft class (2029). So I assume his boost was just missed last year? IDK

Re: Jovic… I said at the time he was drafted that I thought the draft team made a mistake with creating a guy so powerful. He’s already OP, and this boost is only going to exacerbate that. I could easily go on, but I’ve said my piece. What’s done is done.

Was hoping Mobley would get it and further cement himself as our cornerstone but Johnny Davis!! Suddenly he comes off my trade block

Really excited now with Terry. If he reaches his new potentials, he could enter into Steve Nash territory (or very close to it).

He really really does seem gamebreaking. His stats with 90di 90iq will probably average 40/10. Don't wanna beat a dead horse but just amazed he wasn't #1. Ball/Jovic would have been nuts.

I double checked and he got the boost this year.
My guess is, every player with 0 CSL experience can have the boost?

i'd hold the horses a little bit, his SCR still won't be anywhere near 80. think he now tops out around 73-75. he will be insanely good, but I don't ever foresee him scoring that much on a functional offensive team.

It's hilarious that he's getting a +5 on passing instead of rebounding, his passing might wind up the highest in CSL history iirc

that's strange, i had him on a 2W after drafting him in the 2nd round round. both he and Knight were 2nd rounders on 2W contracts, but Knight had a year of experience when I converted him midseason. Neither had played a game with the big club

It won't matter for CEV much though, he's got mad PJ Hairston syndrome and 10 SCR won't change it enough unfortunately

It's not just his SCR rating. PAS rating definitely effects usage, and like you pointed out, it might be the highest in history. His SCR/PAS rating potential is basically that of a high usage PG, but without the low pass ball action that keeps them in check.

But to me, the usage alone doesn't make him OP. It's his very high usage combined with his insane shooting potential ratings. His FGI potential is that of a super efficient post player, and his FGMID potential is up there with the best ever in the CSL (up there with Culver).

Plus elite rebounding/handling for a wing, and good STL/BLK for a wing. He's already a borderline all star as a rookie. Just wait until he reaches his full potential, gets some instructions to maximize his insane potential, and gets the endurance boost.

It is dumb that rebuilding is suck and pray for an OP player. Rebuilding would be a lot better if rebuilders had to earn top picks.

Flat drafts are also so much better than these OP players and scrubs drafts.
