Bridges leading the Celtics to the Second Round
Boston, Massachussetts - in a tough 7 game series against the Charlotte Hornets, the Boston Celtics advance to the second round and gonna face the Chicago Bulls next. In a series that was dominated by each teams superstars, the Celtics closely came out as the winners. Due to the unbelievable shooting by Charlotte, the odds didn't look to well. To limit the 3pt attempts, the tactics have been changed to attack and heavy fullcourtpressure system. To stop the higher amount of drives, Labissiere had to be benched to take over a sixth man role with Gordon stepping in as starting power forward. It didnt help to much though. The adjustments didnt help to stop the red hot hornets. A great Team effort helped to elevate the team past an incredible strong seventh seed.

Skal Labissiere and David Michineau requesting trades?
Rumors are saying the atmosphere isnt the best in the lockerroom though. Some insiders said that next to David Michineau, who showed hes capable of running a team and wants to become a starter, Skal Labissiere isnt satisfied with his limited minutes and sixth man role during the first round. Will they both see many minutes in the next round? With Fox back it is unlikely Michineau gonna play much, but it is realistic that Skal will come back to play bigger minutes.
Trades are likely during the offseason though. Next to Michineau and Labissiere, it looks like Martin, Hlinason and others could be moved as well as picks once the season is done. Boston is targeting a sixth man scoring guard and some range at the forward positions. Who could be the targets?
Can Davis be stopped?
But first, the next round has to be planned. While round one was primed by an opponent with incredible three point shooting, round two gonna be highlighted by a dominant big man in Anthony Davis. Hence, the entire gameplan as well as strategy has to be adjusted. Are the Celtics gonna play with a twin tower line up featuring Tryggvi Hlinason and Hassan Whitesides in the starting five? Or will Skal Labissiere return to the first five? Rumors are having that it is also possible Boston gonna run a small ball line up with Michineau, Fox, Cordinier, Briges, Whiteside to let Bridges take care of Davis on the defensive end.
