Well, it won't do multi-level sort (eg. sort for highly ranked, then by letter grade, then by athleticism), but everything else sorts pretty well. What are you trying to find that isn't working well?

Make sure it is saying 3-5 star. I did this exact thing you are talking about and it worked fine. Also make sure it isn't auto clicking the "contacted" players.
Harrison -- Young --- ZDK --- AA --- WCJ
Duval -- O'Neale -- Okeke -- Reid -- N'Diaye

Next week is a big one! We have home visits next week, which means we could get our first signings very soon.

Have you sorted/clicked on the Gold Report/magazine view? That is the only view that will let you filter by stars. You can set the filters, then click on the report to bring up that view. You may have to adjust and update the filters again after you load the report.

That top-150 PG I was thinking about chasing that had the sub-2.0 GPA? Well he dropped down to #547 overall and his GPA still sucks. While he has me listed as his #1 team, there's no + signs for interest. I feel like this is a kid I'm going to cut bait with and move on to someone else I can rely on. Thankfully they don't accept offers this early because I'm really trying to learn this whole system. Knowing that the rankings change every month is helpful too. I've relocated by scholarship offers some and have four guys I'm really focusing on for the three scholarships I have available.

Do the rankings become more accurate as the recruiting progresses or is still kind of random? There was a PF I was watching closely who was top 50 and now he is below 400 (if I remember correctly)

Remember, once you revoke a scholarship that's it, that recruit will no longer be interested in your school.

Committed my 3 scholarships to 3 players ranked (70-100). They all have us in first position so I have good hopes here.

Good to know but I don't regret pulling the scholarship from this kid. A 1.9 GPA is not something I'm looking to play around with. I need my bridge recruiting class to be one to bring us to the next level, not a situation where I need to pull strings to keep kids eligible. Plus I have two PGs that are freshmen that can play already.

Best players interested in my school are in 700+ range. I have 3 scholarships and more than likely at least one will be 1200+.

Is it worth even offering a scholarship to these players?
Congrats to season 16 ASL champion SoulKey. For the Swarm!

You're ND State right? You offer a scholarship to anyone that can breathe. 700+ range is amazing for a school with a prestige as low as yours.

I was thinking the same thing. For ND State, anyone ranked in the top 1,000 is probably a good get.

Time for in-home visits! According to Myles - the resident recruiting guru - this is the most important form of recruiting available and needs to be taken advantage of by all coaches! I've got three scholarship offers out and there's four guys I'm really honed in on. I'm hoping that I get 1-2 verbal commitments from these in-home visits. I have offers out to two different PGs, so I think if one commits I may cut ties with the other one, although it is a risk if I don't land the other guy who doesn't have a scholarship offer from me.

I don't think that is true but it does give you a huge influence and adds a lot of interest assuming the visit goes well.

They can commit at any time, but in my experience almost all recruits will commit to a school verbally during the next three weeks. However, this doesn't mean they are locked in. On November 19th, SAT results are published and if players meet the minimum requirement, they will sign a letter of intent which is binding. For those that don't pass their school's minimum requirement, they will go back on the market.
