I could look to move Eric Mika for a pick. Really solid shot blocking defensive center who will be efficient near the rim and from three, and pass well. If you want him, he can be had, but I intend to keep him if I don't like the offers.

Done trading until free agency except for 2nd rounders unless I can get a get return on Looney. Monk, KAT, Kemba, Porter, Bender off limits.

Last call on Kevon Looney, only core piece out of my top 7 that I have any interest in moving right now.

Bump. Will be maxing KAT. My starting five (Monk/Kemba/Harden/Bender/KAT) is basically off limits for now, as well as Porter.

One of Looney/Mika could be dealt but I'm more than comfortable carrying both into the season.

I'm mostly looking into some minor deals involving early future 2nds (I have 7, 6 of them project to be top 40), the three 2nd rounders I drafted (Moore, Sanders, Purvis) to get some low rotation pieces. Biggest need might be a backup ball handler.

Talked with a couple teams about Kevon Looney. I'm not super inclined to trade him, but I'm not opposed to trading for a more versatile wing defender who can play SF/PF and/or a 3-point shooter who can defend. There are a lot of holes on my bench and I could part out Looney for a couple smaller pieces if they fit well enough.

Draft rights to Doral Moore potentially on the block. An extreme dunk machine, who will probably shoot 65-70% from the field, though doesn't do a lot else. Either looking for a future 2nd, or a role player at a different position. Or I might just keep him as my 15th roster spot. Idk

Looking to swap some bench players around. I need an extra PG who can handle well.

Sanders, Moore, Purvis, Black, Anunoby, Kilpatrick, 7 2nd rounders

Any combo of these pieces on the block for a depth PG I can trust to handle the ball without killing my team

Looney has been verballed, along with a second rounder.

Sanders, Moore, Purvis, Black, Anunoby, Kilpatrick, 6 2nd rounders

Are still on the table for a rotation piece who can handle PG duties for 15mpg, and someone who can bring us some spacing.

One deal for a solid backup PG fell through, so still looking for a competent backup who can play some minutes without sucking.

still looking for that extra rotation caliber ball handler. not expecting anything tremendous, but something better than Shelvin Mack would be great

Updated. Looking to gear up for a stretch run this season. I'm fine with the core, but wouldn't mind upgrading the deeper side of my bench.

But aside from KAT/Monk, nobody else is truly off-limits. If the fit and value make sense, I could part ways with Porter, Chriss, or even Harden or Kemba if the stars align, but I don't see it happening

Nothing materializing just yet, but have talked to a few teams about trading a big man for a point guard. Chriss and Mika have been talked about so far. Batum's $10M expiring can be used but I cannot take back too much salary for next year.

Exploring a possible trade opportunity, and in need of a third team that would send a 1st rounder and an expiring contract for Marquese Chriss (efficient 16ppg with good defense since joining Houston) along with a couple small salary fillers

Marquese Chriss is basically verballed, along with some fillers, just working out the details.

However I'm looking for another team that can send me a rotation guard or wing, in return for a solid rebounding big man in the $5-6M range (expiring) who can block shots and score efficiently on low volume

Verbally dealt:
Chriss
Batum
Anunoby
Pointer
2025 2nd [MEM]
2026 2nd [IND]
2026 2nd [SAS]
2026 2nd [MEM]

I guess I could trade the tiny contracts of rookies Sanders, Purvis, and the min salary of Cancar, but I don't really foresee any more trades after this is done because I straight up don't have assets aside from my core pieces.

Mika could be dealt for a similarly talented guard but that's about it really
