Knicks/Raptors trade (processed 01/07) brought the Raptors over the hard cap and has to be reversed per CBA (1.2 Hard Cap)

If a move is processed that violates this rule (only done via error by the Simmer or an admin), this move will be reversed and all players acquired by the offending team cannot be acquired again for another 30 in-game days. These players are not trade restricted to the other teams in the league, only to the team who improperly acquired them in the first place. The first time we have to reverse
