Yet another day passes here in sunny Los Angeles

With the 2032-2033 CSL season about to start, the Los Angeles Clippers look primed to maintain the same disposition they held for the previous season. After all, this is only the 2nd season of the rebuild, this time around with a problematic GM at the helm. This GM has certainly made many a questionable choice during his time as a CSL front office decision maker. But here in LA, things are different. There seems to be an air of purpose floating around. At least, that's what it feels like here in the other side of Los Angeles. The offseason is about to come to a close, and the end of the offseason spells the start of new opportunity for many teams across the league. Here in sunny Los Angeles, the LA Clippers quietly continue to build on what was previously a barren wasteland of a team.

This will be an experimental season for the Clippers. Nothing is set in stone yet, as such, new/veteran rebuilding HC Chris Duhon has been instructed to throw darts at the wall to see what sticks. There will be no winning this season, only small glimpses of hope.
A starting lineup of Dalano Banton, Rashad Vaughn, Kevin Knox, Metecan Birsen, and Jeremy Sochan is certainly not expected to win games. But with rookies Banchero and Williams not ready to start, this is the lineup that will start the season for the team. That is not to say this will be the same lineup to finish the season, as stated the season will be an experimental one. There won't be many positives this season for the Clippers. But there will be small glimpses of hope, building blocks that may be the seeds for a team that will see growth in the upcoming years to come.

Ready or not, i'd start Williams and Banchero to gain inputs and see their growth. This is an interesting season for the Clips regardless of the outcome.

Yeah I'd start them too. I feel like Banchero dropping to you was an absolute get and combined with the rest, it has the makings of a really nice rebuild.

This team is so young it's going to be a lot of fun. Concerns are definitely around efficiency, as Sochan struggles there and will likely take a ton of shots this season. It will be a key decision for the franchise to determine whether or not he is the guy, or if others will need the ball to be effective.

I think Williams will have a pretty good rookie season. Might not score a ton, but will be a solid player.

A good year to focus on coaching and scouting, ignore the noise in the chats, and patiently build a really solid team. Good luck man!

Williams and Banchero have all the time in the world to develop, I really like this combo.
Adding some more top picks during their development will just make that team better and better for the future.

Sounds like your bored. Haha. Do you want to win and be less bored? Imagine Luka in LA.

I have no idea what this team will play like with so many uniquely rated players. Sochan looks like if he was efficient he could be a really versatile piece. I'm following the career of my 2nd round PF I shouldn't have traded there lol

Yeah I think you had a strong draft but it's not really a well rounded team with complimentary pieces - and I think that's ok, it doesn't have to be at this stage. Just keep accumulating talent and focus this season on internal development and see where things stand this draft when you have 2 1st rounders. I'd love to see you target a franchise PG, you have a lot of good passers and some ball handling but a guy at the helm to run the team longterm would be nice.
