Official Release: Clippers part ways with GM Dylan

The Los Angeles Clippers today announced that they have parted ways with general manager Dylan, effective immediately. Head Coach Erik Spoelstra will assume the interim general manager duties while a search begins.

Clippers owner Steve Balmer released the following statement:

We would like to thank Dylan for his contributions to the Clippers over the previous 5 seasons. We will begin a thorough and extensive search for the right man to lead this organization. We are committed to bringing winning basketball to Clippers Nation, and we will stop at nothing to ensure wefind the right leadership to help us do so.

Dylan released the following statement:

“I would like to thank the Clippers organization and the entire CSL for the opportunity to lead this team. While we fell short of our goals these last two seasons, I’m proud of what we were able to accomplish and how much we were able to grow. I do not know what’s next, but I’m excited for whatever future opportunities come about.”
