Great podcast you two! Love that you got every single team in and were able to devote real time to them. Was surprised at how much you all thought Sander being traded away for cap space would affect our season. Also Chicago has a hell of a trade lined up that will put them right at the HC, but could push them into that elite tier.
Sanders had a huge drop off in production last seasons and both of the other two guys averaged double doubles per/36. Collins is actually a better scorer than Sanders has been in two seasons ratings wise as well. Yeah the other two guys aren't good scorers but they're both above average in a few areas, good rebounders, and good defenders. Maybe I can talk Atlanta into a defense for scoring trade and get a guy like Monroe in, but I'm not really seeing any centers in FA who are heads and tails above my guys plus I'm right under penalty 2 so I'd like to stay there if I can. Also I think SF is a bit better than stated as Oladipo can slide there for some matchups. Spanoullis and McDermott both shot 40% from 3 on good volume and have above average handles so I think we're rather versatile as they can play 1-3 and have done so in high stakes playoff games successful for me in the past.
No one is a playoff lock in the east. The top seed could easily end up with 55 wins and the 8th seed 50 wins. A few minor injuries could knock anyone out. Love how the east is so competitive.
Awesome job guys, I agree with you both that scoring is at a premium and we will have to be a "score by committee" approach. Joseph/Okafor are going to have to carry the offense with solid supplementary scoring with MKG/Crabbe.

I like how I said we should ask Tim as the's the NLL historian around here, but Manu obviously would have been able to answer the question himself haha

I know there is zero chance that you honestly believe that.

I know how much variance there is in the engine and how tight the east is.
How are the Celtics not moving some of that excess youth/picks for Durant? They even have Thompson's expiring to facilitate it too.

We dont need scoring and KD hurts everywhere but SCR. I do think the Endurance Boost of Fox will get him to that elite SCR level. There are upgrades/consolidations I would be interested in, but they are Defense First guys. Tough to get those though.
