Ha, Isaiah Taylor appreciates the love, Myles. I think there are 3 guys that have a legitimate claim to RoY and I wouldn't have an issue if any of them got the award.
As for our series with the Kings, Nurkic being out certainly helps us, but deep teams can limit the impact and overcome it with a little luck. We were without Austin last year and still pushed the Kings to 7 games last year. And I have no doubt the Kings can do a similar thing this year (or even beat us in 7 given our affinity for choking). Especially once WB is back and at/near full strength. As Myles mentioned, he's the single-best player in this series and he gives them the ability to win any game.
As for the Detroit/Toronto series, I feel like Toronto doesn't get enough credit. They had the second best record in the regular season for a reason. Chili has put together a great squad and system. Detroit is a freaking monster and deserve to be viewed as the favorite (this series and beyond if they advance), but it's no fluke that Toronto stole a game on the road early.
