I listened to it, great stuff guys. I definitely think our series against Portland is one of the closer contests and should go 6-7 but we'll see.

Good stuff. Lots of great opinions fun analysis.

As for peaking let's see... I have the expirings of Jimmy Butler and Dwight Howard next season (almost 40 million expiring) along with my 1st round pick. DePaula is 22 and a top PG in the league who still has room to improve and is locked up on a good contract. Kyrie is 29 and he's Kyrie and locked into a long contract. Blake's ratings are so high he'll probably age like Bron and be good till 35. Spanoullis is only 28 and locked into a 3yr miniscule contract. Goodluck has improved each season and could hit his defensive potential and doesn't shoot which let's all the shots go where I want them (anywhere else LOL)

I think I'm in a fantastic position going forward as I have no bad contracts and will have legitimate cap space moving forward. I'll have all my exceptions back and will only be missing one season of picks. As Blake ages I'll probably transition into a backcourt oriented team depending on how the draft looks, but realisticly I'll probably just keep adding defense, shooting and let my guys transition naturally into role players. I still have guys who can improve with preference work. Eventually I'll get some respect for my skill as a GM seeing as I hit 50 wins somehow even with major injuries AGAIN. I've only improved my win totally every season since I got here. Go look at my roster to start the season lol. Tbs on the off chance we do suck next season well I can always add a lotto pick to the warchest, but if Butler and Dwight don't regress that much I can see a similar win total to this year. Especially with Toronto and Detroit talking about blowing it up. I'm not into rebuilding. I like holding on to guys. I also enjoy the underdog status. We can be the 3rd seed no one believes in. Gotta make it past Brooklyn though first things first. I completely agree this series is going to be a slugfest. Lot of respect for the work Rizzo put in improving the roster this season. I think we both made underrated moves.

Haha, great podcast as I can listen to these things all day. My favorite part is the fact that Tim definitely fell asleep during the podcast. Good for Willy to keep it together as I would have started cracking up.

It will be interesting to see how the series end up as a lot of people think the Clippers can give Portland trouble, but I think Chris knows what hes doing with this team now and will make it out of the first round easily.

Good job guys!

I actually didn’t fall asleep. What happened is, I have two channels on my router. My phone is on the second, weaker channel and has major connection issues sometimes as a result. I couldn’t hear anything Willy or Chris were saying so finally I turned off the WiFi on my phone and I could hear them again.

It was a weird result because during the podcast I could hear Cleasby perfectly and you were fading in and out many parts of the show but when listening to it I was going in and out and when you were audible you sounded like you had the best connection of us all.

I definitely would do one again. It was dope.

Finished listen to this, as this was a good podcast. Even though Tim kept having connection issues, but overall it was some good takes on the round one matchups. Honestly this year I don't see too many upsets, as the parity between the elites vs good teams is huge IMO.
