Slight Change to NCAA Sim Schedule

So the game's schedule revolves around a Sunday to Saturday week schedule. Every week, from Saturday to Sunday, recruiting actions and practices are simulated. With this in mind, we will be following this new sim schedule:

Sunday - Wednesday (4 day sim)
Thursday - Saturday (3 day sim)

Most schedules involve two games per week (tournaments and other special events notwithstanding), and most schedules have a Tuesday or Wednesday game, and a Friday or Saturday game. With this in mind, we adopted this schedule to help ensure most sims include one game and not two as it is easier to gameplan for one game at a time.

This new schedule will begin with Sim 13, so odd numbered sims will be the beginning of the week 4 day sims, and the even numbered sims will be the end of the week 3 day sims.
