Claiming a Waived Player

When a player is cut, he can be claimed during the 24 hour period following the Simmer's official cut post. Players can only be claimed now via private message to the Simmer's account directly. If multiple teams claim a player, a Random Number Generator will be used to determine which team signs the player. Any other type of claim, including posts in the Player Movement section, will be ignored.
