Two Way Contracts

This is now available in the game, however, the feature doesn't work as intended. The game will allow you to sign two players to be dedicated to your D-League team, but once you call them up to your primary team they get an automatic 2- year minimum salary and are treated like a normal 15 man roster player.

We are going to look into if there is a way to use this in the future, but for the time being this won't be allowed.
