I sent you an info as soon as we realized the cap is not enough to sign a 12th player. That was intended to help and give you enough time to find a trade and fill out the roster.

There was nothing illegal about that. Cap holds had me over the HC, Brooks signing the QO is what should have never been allowed to happen since the math ended up the way they did. I was told another cap hold still had me over and would be fine once it fell off.
