Wizards Season Block

Post by hardenwithnod »

Highly Valued:

Damien Inglis - Prototype 3 and D wing, tried him a few times as small ball PF, and it worked well.

Milos Teodosic - Will make him lose more weight this offseason to improve his defense. My big piece of the puzzle.

Rawle Alkins - Future 6th man of the year candidate, can score from everywhere, and is not a liability on defense.

My own 1sts

Rockets 1st

Ivan Rabb - Received +10 SCR boost, has good potential as a scorer/rebounder with solid defense.

Ike Anigbogu - Young low post scorer with lots of potential to grow still, will be a strong low post scoring, and rebounder. Surprisingly good ball handler potential as a big man as well. Can block a shot here, and there as well.

Walter Tavares - Good 2 way big men who is signed to a very reasonable deal with a team option in the end. Arguably one of the most efficient low post scorer in the league today.

Dillon Brooks - Rookie do it all wing who can play both ways, and has potential to be a 3pt shooter.

Can be moved:

Nic Batum - 3 and D wing who can shoot the 3 ball, and play good defense. 7.3 mil expiring as well.

John Henson - Good rim protector who can play solid defense, and is on a reasonable deal that has a team option in the end.

Shabazz Napier - Good combo guard who can draw fouls, steal the ball, and can score the ball. Solid contract that can be an expiring by declining the team option.

KJ McDaniels - Low usage 3 and D wing who has great intangibles, and is also expiring.

Greg Monroe (Trade restricted) - 18/10 caliber big man who can be a true post presence for any contender, and is a giant 21 mil expiring!

JaVale McGee (Trade restricted) - Low usage defensive big man who can really protect the rim, and draw fouls. Expiring.

Mirza Teletovic (Trade restricted) - Sweet shooting forward who's willing to shoot the ball, and someone who isn't a liability on defense. Expiring

Shelvin Mack (Trade restricted) - Low usage playmaker who is young, and is a solid backup. Expiring

All my 2nds

Sign and Trade:

Rookie Rights:

Objectives:

- Looking for picks, and youth for a future retool
- Look to acquire a backup PG
- Don't mind packaging some of my wings for an upgrade
- Could use a rim protector

One trade has been agreed via verbal, still looking to make more deals. I would like to get some picks for this draft, or even future picks, as we will try to retool for a season or two.

Update: We are looking to shake things up, which means we are willing to move anyone on our team besides Milos. Ideally I would like to retool, and getting a little younger/some picks back.

Now that our draft is over, we will like to make some deals for youth/cap space/future picks if possible. We will still gun for the playoffs this year, but we will slowly begin to retool for the future. Hit me up if you need a player or 2 to get you over the hump.

Also have been receiving interest in Milos, and I am willing to listen, but the offer will have to be substantial.

Bump, leaning towards a retool at this point, so I will likely be more tempted by offers that involves picks/youth/cap space. Hit me up.

Sounds like a re-BUILD not re-TOOL
