Updated following Wright/Ulis trade. Still have a little under $6M in cap space that will dry up once I match Tyus and/or Looney.

I've already received Day 30 offers on Kevon Looney and LeBron James that I'm mulling over. Not sure I'm taking it but I'm open to offers.

Currently 13 deep with legit rotation players so a consolidation trade or one that gets a future asset is probably needed.

Updated.

Done signing players this summer. I like everyone on this roster but I will need to consolidate, or trade some pieces for future picks. There are about 9 guys that I want to give legit starter minutes, and others that deserve rotation minutes, so something has to give.

Bump. I've had a couple inquiries on Avery Bradley and Delon Wright over the last 48 hours. They are attainable though I believe both can be in my rotation.

Patton's injury significantly lessens my logjam in the frontcourt this season, but I could still have interest in opening up minutes at any position in exchange for future assets.

Patton will not go cheap, as he still does have quite a lot of potential as a starting center next season onwards, but he is available to a team building for the future that wants an all-around C who can shoot and pass like a guard, while doing all the normal big man things.

Had some recent talks about Avery Bradley, Delon Wright, and LeBron James.
  • For Bradley, I'm just looking for good value (i.e. late 1st, comparable young talent)
  • For Wright, I'm looking at swapping expiring for expiring for a more defensive minded player
  • LeBron will likely wind up salary filler in a trade that gets me the right piece. He doesn't have much value by himself, but is doing good stuff in limited minutes

also Keenan Evans can be had for free, in case anybody wants a rookie PG who can defend and steal and won't shoot

Updated following the Kemba trade.

Starting level 3&D guys who can guard SFs are what I'm looking for right now.

The right player could fetch one or more of HOU 2025 1st, Kevon Looney, Al-Farouq Aminu, or possibly even Justin Patton (unlikely), along with expirings.

bump. Looking for 3&D type wings. Like a Nic Batum or an Avery Bradley type, but not those exact guys because my dumb ass traded both of them

Kevon Looney's name has come up a few different times in trade talks for perimeter players. I love Looney, but with Bender and Mika both looking very good in the frontcourt, and a current need for shooters, he may very well be dealt in the near future. Looking for a starting level 3&D guy who can shoot threes with good volume. Defense may be optional for a truly elite shooter, but I don't want a total liability.

Looney has done well guarding PF/C and even some SF, passes and rebounds very well, and has produced rock solid numbers in 20-25 minutes in every system I've thrown him into.

2024 LA Clippers 1st available. It's been thrown around in some trade talks recently and can be had for the right piece.

Note: any deal involving this 1st does need either a 2023 or 2024 1st coming back, as I do not own another in these years.

updated as we approach the deadline in a few weeks. I am looking at shrinking my frontcourt depth for a 3&D wing. The 3 part is a little more important than the D part, but if they're bad on D, they better be jacking up threes at high volume percentage.

Assets available, depending on the return:
- 2024 LAC 1st
- 2025 HOU 1st
- all 2nds
- Justin Patton
- Kevon Looney
- Jeremy Lin
- Al-Farouq Aminu
- LeBron James
- JaKarr Sampson

Bump. Have talked with nearly a dozen teams about Looney. If you want a rock solid all around big man who can effortlessly switch between PF and C or even SF, while providing great all around defense, mid usage scoring, rebounding, and good passing, Looney is your guy.

I like him but need to prioritize shooting and open up PF minutes for Aminu and/or Bender.
