1. Moving Valanciunas (alone or including Oubre) for a proven point guard under 30.
2. Trading down from #4 but still in the Top 8-10 (to be confirmed after scouting).
3. Trading up from #4 to get Fultz ... but that's unlikely as the price will be more than I'd pay.
4. Including #4 as part of a deal for an elite point guard in his prime ... I also think this is unlikely because of the previous reason.
5. Any other idea you may have, but in no case Ingram, Maker, Carter, Noel or future picks will be moved.

After this last scouting period we have come to the conclusion that there are four players with the potential to be franchise changers. Therefore, the fourth overall pick is off the block as we will be drafting one of them.

So now we are basically looking to acquire a reliable point guard and a three-point shooter. Nothing too fancy but both reliable players. Age in the 27-31 range next season is ok. Available for trade are Valanciunas, Oubre and Stockton.
