Lost to Portland by 10. Porter scores 24 in his debut but Portland got to the line 27 times and that ended up being the difference.

Had to roll with the past trade DC, which is always a weird one if it comes to fit.
However, we barely escaped with a win against a non playoff team. Fox and Knox leading the way.

Much needed win against the Cavs.
AD 21/17 with 4 steals and 3 blocks, just crazy.
Kawhi and Milos did some damage as well

We get a good win at home over the Hornets before we explore the west coast.
It seems the youngsters are slowly getting there.

A very disappointing season. My lack of activity due to real life obligations doesn't help, though.

Barely escaped the new-look Pelicans 101-99. Pretty balanced game, as 6 players from each team scored double-figures, and nobody had more than 20 (Markkanen). Chriss and Kemba led us with 19 and 18. Monk and Harden were frigid, but really our whole team struggled from 3 (5-22). But we were able to force a lot of turnovers, due to the high pressure, full court defense.

Was really hoping to see what Winslow could do in that 1/9/9/1 defense but he played 7 minutes and left the game, no injury reported though, which is good news.

Chriss: 19 points, 10 rebounds, 7-10 FG
Kemba: 18 points, 3 steals, 7-12 FG
Monk: 12 points
Bender: 12 points, 6-12 FG
Butler: 10 points, 2 steals
Moore: 10 points, 5-10 FG
Mika: 6 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists

39-84 FG 46.4%/ 5-22 3FG 22.7%/ 18-24 FT 75%

A tough, close loss against the Houston Rockets. There was a lot of sharing among both teams, as nobody achieved 20 points or more besides Markkanen. Neither team played horribly, but Paul George was cold, and so was Ivica Zubac, both of them going a combined 5-18. A sloppy game, both teams fouled heavily and turned it over a lot.

Felt good to get a win against the reigning champs. Although they were without Westbrook, they are still a formidable team, and if we want to be a true contender we have to win games like this.

Losing interested in the volume of work it takes to squeak out wins with injuries and having to motivate myself. My job just doesn't allow that kind of time. Had a trade that seemed really fun and challenging fall through which hurt cause I love my deadline deals. I think I'm gonna just set my defense and pop back in when Oladipo comes back or another guy goes down. I've lost a lot of interest in this season since all the drama/responses and shifted a lot of my attention to football. This season was always about collecting guys for the defensive team I want in the new game and fixing our salary structure from our 6 season playoff run. Wish we could fast forward to the 1st offseason in the new game where I have Oladipo, Payton, and Collins and 22mil in cap space. Will do my best not to drop to a TJ level of activity in the meantime.

Yeah when you aren’t 100% competitive it gets boring. No doubt. The reason I always tried to be a top10 team. Even though that resulted in being never a champ and more or less tier 2. Getting the steps done from one core to another is always the hardest part. Just stay motivated, you will get that transition done.

Yeah when the team was more talented I didn't have to set a DC every day and could focus on important games. Now I have to outcoach guys and while I'm certainly capable I'm just not motivated especially knowing this is a two season retool to get to the offseason we're building towards. I'm hoping learning a new engine will be enough to rekindle the spark and school should be out right around that time so I'll have the break to play more.

Important win in what it could be potentially a playoff matchup, Middleton / Zeller / LaVine were on point in a 240+ points game.

We knew Zeller would be important today and he responded with 22 points dominating the paint.

Barely escaped with a win with me forgetting to update my DC after the trade, but nobody got hurt which is the most important thing.

CHA 105-131 ATL
A heavy loss in Atlanta as we let the Hawks score too much as failed to keep the ball.

Dunn: 25 pts, 4 ast, 5 reb, 1 stl
Petteway: 17 pts, 1 ast, 2 reb, 1 stl
Young: 16 pts, 4 ast, 4 reb
