PACERS AGREE. Tough deal to make given the upside of Maodo, but we can't pass up a chance to bring in Jrue. He will immediately boost our team this season and we will most definitely re-sign him in the offseason in hopes he can play with Winslow. Conley & McGee's impact will both be missed but can eventually be replaced. The 1st helps make up for the age difference in Lo/Jrue along with the risk involved with re-signing him. Nice dealing.

We accept, as it was tough to deal Jrue away, but he simply was not fitting in well with our team. He was way too inconsistent for us on the offensive end where it completely destroys his defensive value. He will also be an expiring at the age of 32, and we really don't want to tie ourselves up to another 10+ mil/yr deal to resign him.

Lo is an intriguing offensive combo guard to work on, meanwhile Conley will be a solid replacement for Jrue, as he should have one more productive year in him before becoming a nice expiring. Same thing with McGee. We also shred a few mil off our cap, so why not. Dallas 1st will be 28-30th anyways, and from my scouting, this will be a lotto heavy draft that drops off quickly. Nice dealing with you, Mitch.
