New Orleans Pelicans accept.

We readily welcome back RDM, as he automatically holds a spot on this roster as the starting SG, also being a strong veteran for Bruce Brown to take from. Harry Giles has struggled during his time in the CSL so far, and he will have a consistent place on the roster here. This might be Giles' last chance, but I'll be sure to give it a good one. He is projected to be a strong post option and a high volume scorer at that. Solid but not great rebounder and a decent weak side blocker but nothing much outside of that. Excited to watch him carve a role here, also might see him become similar to Zizic last season, who was played out of the rotation by Dwight Howard.

We gave away a strong role player in Justin Holiday, as we were readily willing to talk deals around him. I see similar, if not lesser value, in RDM, and Watanabe + 27 2nd isn't the worst trade for Giles. My biggest regret from this will be to see the 2 slam dunk finalists on opposing teams now.

We accept, as I’ve been after Holiday for years now since his days in Phoenix. I like RDM, and I’m going to miss him, but as he’s aging, he no longer fits my rebuilding window. Giles has some good upside, but simply won’t be able to find playing time here with all our bigs. Nice dealing, Marcus.
