Can’t believe how many people kept saying that Porter wasn’t worth the #1 pick. Now he’s going to go down as a top-3 scorer of all time in the CSL with Durant and Harden.

Doyonta Davis if he reaches those, will become a solid 5th starter you can just plug in. Not bad

Sucks I traded away Devin Robinson though

Well you can't praise or condemn people based off the potential boosts. As far as I know, they're completely random, and you can't factor that into your evaluation of a player before the draft.

Birutis was a friggin steal lol...I’ve made many mistakes as a gm but none I regret more than picking Okogie right before Birutis.

Great to see Porter and Metu get the boosts...was hoping Sexton or Okobo would also join in, but I can’t complain

Plus 10 scr and plus 5 pass? Crazy. Weird to see all plus 10s also get a reb or pass boost. Wasn’t that way the past year afaik.

I believe it's always been that way, but people just overlook the passing or rebounding boosts because it's easy to do so.

Oh I understand but even without the scoring boost e was destined to be an alpha scorer which many teams at the top of the draft desperately needed. This boost is just the cherry on top.

Fair enough. I think there's always been debate for who should go #1 overall, except for this year lol. And I think Ben Simmons was pretty unanimous as well.

Another interesting wrinkle, there are no more development cycles in DDSPB3. By the time we get to the next development cycle (in training camp), we'll be in DDSPB19. Obviously we'll make sure the players have their full potential and everything loaded into the database but who knows how development will play out in the new engine for all our existing young players.

Another season no boosts. This is why I'm so meh towards the draft (not a lotto guy irl either lol).

Congrats to the teams with sudden star players (I'm trying not to get angry all over again at the league picking Williams who didn't even play for 3/4ths of the season sigh... we should do a random number and remove informed opinions and bias.)
It's a good thing when the league has more talent though everything else aside. Chicago definitely came up as Williams, Collins, Birutus was my draft board.

Cleveland just keeps pushing forward somehow we don't need DDS's charity!

Metu is the guy I wish I kept more than anything.

A shame to see Musa not get any boosts. He'll still be a good role player regardless though.

I’d be interested to know what factors go into these boosts.

Not gonna lie, really wanted Reed to get a boost and not Gates since I need him to be low usage. Blakeney is another one who it’s kind of a waste and would have much rather preferred Reed who would have been a stud with a +10.

That's crazy. You should have hit by now as well. Here's hoping the new engine spreads the wealth more but it'll be a fee seasons before that matters for me lol.
