Big Training Camp for Aaron Holiday

With Eric Bledsoe just turning 32 years old and declining 2 points all around, hes going to need some help, since he is aging. Aaron Holiday will be the guy who will step in that role and give Bledsoe much needed rest. Last training camp, unfortunately Aaron Holiday did not improve at all. Not even 1 point. So this upcoming Training Camp will be huge for him. His value around the league and for this team is crucial, for the success of the Thunder. Over 8 teams have tried trading for Aaron Holiday, but the Thunder plan on keeping him, because of his potential. Drafted last year pick 25, he was a steal.

As you can see, he has plenty of potential to be a better Patrick Beverly. So this Training Camp, the Thunder are hoping he actually has a very good one and can be given more minutes for the declining Eric Bledsoe. If he can improve by a lot, the Thunder should be as good, if not better than last year. Training Camp is tomorrow so lets see if Aaron Holiday has a good one and can finally be given 20+ minutes a game. If not, the Thunder will be in trouble.

I don’t deny I’m after him but there’s no deny he busted also. And there’s a huge difference between going after a player offering valuable assets and not so valuable ones.

Let's give it another training camp before we bring out the "bust" label. Porzingis didn't have a good first training camp either and look at him now. Not comparing them as players, just comparing the training camps.

Let's see what happens tomorrow with Holiday. He could have a great TC and be starter material or he could do poorly and be stuck as a backup forever.

He's a player I picked up in a trade with that Doug led Thunder team you mentioned a few days ago.

0 improvement points is never a good look. He *can* improve, but the chances of hitting his ceiling are now much lower barring a random boom (hence why I ditched Papa G after a 0 point rookie year and like combined +3 his sophomore season)
