Next Step

What is the next stop for my team and myself? Well, no one has to worry, I will be stepping aside, once the season concludes.

I know, I know, you all have heard this once or twice before. But.. with me moving up with the main competition, between Wal-Mart, and Amazon, I am focused on moving up in my field.

I was one of 79 seasonal employee's at Target. After the Holiday season, only 8 were selected to continue. I was one...

Going into next year, and the following years, the Thunder have 15 draft picks and 40+m cap space. I have set them in a good position, business wise. If the new GM comes in, and ruins my whole process, I'll be very disappointed. I will also say, I have lost my passion for the moment, in this league.

The focus will be on myself for now on, and the sim league second. I think a better and super motivated GM, is more deserving than me, at this moment.

Mod team - if there is no GM, you know what to do with the four picks this upcoming draft

New GM - Don't mess this potential up.

Congrats on making it through the Target seasonal grinder. When I worked seasonal, I wasn't selected, but was invited to come back next season (it was clear on both sides there would be no benefit to my becoming permanent and that I'd be gone the second something better came long).

Not much time overlapped for us, but it seems like you've had a nice CSL career and you're leaving a Champ. Best of luck!

I don't consider Target my career. Sure, I beat the odds, and they kept me, and are raising their employee wages to $15hr.. mid-late 2020.

But I've had back surgery and also want to look out for myself. 2 classes away from my CRJI degree(which I have put off because of other things.)

So right now I have no clue where life is headed. Just I know I am ready to step up as a man. I'm not first anymore.

Oh yeah.. I will be back(hopefully with OKC). But either way, I will be back. I enjoy this league.

I feel ya man, as I am sure a lot of us had a stage in life where we don't have a true direction in a life path yet. Good things takes time, as Rome was not built in one day. Stick with it, and I am certain you will find the perfect job you want soon!
