Took me a while to get around to this article, probably the best piece I've seen (Jestor's are great as well).
Miami has done a great job amassing talent and might be the only GM I've seen that hasn't made a bad trade as of yet. I question some of their draft picks but they've done so well in other areas (signings + Simmons pick + Smith pick + Ojeleye trade) that it doesn't matter. Boston is the only team I see challenging them in the East in a few years.
