Scouting isn't done through the game, it's done through the CSLO webapp.

You want to submit your .tem file. To find it, go to (C:) --> Wolverine Studios --> DDSPB2019 --> Multiplayer --> CSL. In CSL, you'll see your .tem file.

We saw something similar for an early season sim last year so I'm assuming it is another one of Gary's famous bugs. We will continue to look into it from our end, but expect something similar for the start of the regular season file.

It isn't in this version of the game. I don't think it was introduced until PB20.

I have no idea what is R.. but I appreciate if you show me how.

It is programming, so if you don't have any experience with that, it may just be easier to copy paste the ratings from the HTML to Excel

I would like to thanks for your insight on how to get data from webpages.. I tried a few free scrapper but I found them to be limited in application.. however suddenly I found the Excel do download the webpages & in view that the CSL players data are nicely put in tables format it is now a simple click to update the players data/tables etc.. although it took me some time to make these queries.

I believe I have issue, the in the past the game used to generate .tem files, and I actually submitted one during FA agency.. but now it is not!! perhaps I need to re-install the game again!!

Wow this is dope! Thanks for this, I am usually in excel for hours a day and I've never seen this. I want to try this, it's probably much easier than scraping in python.

I forget, how do I upload this league onto the game? Do I download the current file, and if so, where do I put it at.

copy the files there the same way you did in DDS3

Yeah, still no luck. I uninstalled dds3 and installed dds19.
I downloaded the new file and put it in "saves". I went to "load game" and this is what happened.

The leagues folder is the new saves folder. Copy CSL folder + CSL.pbb directly into Leagues.

There shouldn't be a saves folder
