I have a question with the free agency coming soon.
Will a file be generated with expectation of players ($ and years) like in the game when doing offer or it will be blind offer review by the PA?

I think the game will only decide about player options. The rest is on us GMs and PAs, nothing related to the game, following rules from CBA.
